Thank you so much for your interest in our products. All our products are handmade and we make this one piece at a time not in bulk or via factory process. It is therefore impossible to create identical items. There may be natural color variations, blemishes, and texture variations which are not considered defects. We hope you understand that these are part of the uniqueness of our designs and hence cannot be considered as defects.
We look forward to serving you and will do anything to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refund or Replacement:
We allow refunds in genuine cases e.g. if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered. In such cases, please write to us at connect@abhiyam.com mentioning your order details within 24 hours of delivery of the product (“Time Window”). Our representative will contact you to know additional details
In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refunds the amount for the wrong product delivered.
We advise you to take a Video of receipt of the product from our delivery agent, opening the box, taking out the product from the box and showing the defect in the product (“Product Receipt Video”).
We are not responsible and do not guarantee refund or replacement for cases where:
· Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
· Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
· We have not received your Refund request by email with “Time Window”
· We did not receive your Product Receipt Video OR
· Product Receipt Video is not clearly showing the issue with the product OR
· Product Receipt Video is not clearly confirming proper handling of the product by the recipient
Based on the terms above, we may accept your refund or replacement request. In case of refunds approved, refund will be credited to original payment method with in 15 business days.
RETURNS: [We have 5 days of return policy, with in 5 days you can return a product].
- If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, Abhiyam.com will charge you a 10% re-stocking fee.
- You can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Products need to be returned using your own courier in its original packaging.
- Please write to us at connect@abhiyam.com or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by abhiyam.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
- Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
- It takes 15 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition.
Cancellation:
- An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can modify an order (with products of the same or more cost) within 24 hours (“Cancellation Window”), provided the order has not been shipped.
- In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.
- If you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please call the customer service number +919983831854 or please send us an email connect@abhiyam.com with the new product details (name, color, price, size)
- If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your ‘My Orders’ Page within “Cancellation Window”.
